Shipping information
We dispatch your orders from Monday to Friday with our carriers DHL, DHL-Express and UPS. The shipping costs are invoiced to the customer (you). Please consider that there are no deliveries on Sundays, as well as on bank holidays.
You can choose an alternative delivery address, a DHL Packstation and a DHL branch. For a delivery to a DHL Packstation, you need to register at www.dhl.de. You will receive a PIN for the pick up of your parcel 24 hours.

Please take note: NO deliveries (no 24-hour deliveries either) on following days in 2024: January 1st, January 6th, March 29th, April 1st, May 1st, May 9th, May 20th, May 30th, August 15th, October 3rd, November 1st, December 25th, December 26th.
We do not offer sample deliveries.

All costs for shipping and customs bears the customer.
Information on order processing
If you order from Monday to Friday before 11:00 via PayPal, Amazon Pay or credit card, your order will be shipped on the same day (given that all items are available).
If your order from Monday to Friday before 11:00 with the option of 24-hour delivery by DHL Express (only within Germany) and pay by PayPal, Amazon Pay or credit card, your order will be shipped on the same day with delivery on the next business day, within the day (see chart below), given that all items are available.

You will be informed if any ordered item is not available on stock. Partial deliveries are possible. The 30 day period of revocation starts with the arrival of the last of your ordered items.
Delivery times
Information about the delivery time can be found on the detail page of each item. If you purchase several items with different delivery times, the delivery depends on the item with the longest delivery time.

The delivery time starts with the receipt of the order confirmation, which you receive by email after clicking "complete order".

From above exempted are orders with payment method "prior delivery". In this case, the delivery time starts with the arrival of the payment on our bank account.

From point 1 exempt are orders placed Fridays after business hours until Sunday midnight. In this case, the delivery time starts on the following Monday.

For orders placed on public holidays in Bavaria: for orders placed on the day before but after our office hours, as well as orders placed on the bank holiday, the delivery time starts on the first business day after the bank holiday.
Should there be any chances conserding the delivery time, we will inform you immediately. We reserve the right to undertake a partial delivery as far as this advantageously appears for a speedy settlement.
Important note concerning DHL Express Deutschland (only within Germany)
Please note that we cannot guarantee the delivery on the next business day when the chosen delivery address is a DHL branch or Packstation.
