You have the option of returning ordered goods to us within 30 days of receipt without giving any reason. The costs of the return shipment are to be borne by the customer. Would you like to send your package back to us? Then please fill out the enclosed return slip completely and put it in the package. Please send the package with sufficient postage to the following address:

Would you like to return your parcel from a non-EU country?
The shipment back to us has to be arranged by the customer. Please provide the post office the item quantity, item description and item prices in detail so that your parcel can be processed by customs without delay. Please always specify “Returned goods” as the type of shipment.

Exchange
We do not offer exchange. If an item does not fit, please order it in the correct size and return the wrong size. Since we cannot guarantee the availability of all sizes, we decided not to offer exchanges anymore.
Important information for your return
On June 13th 2014, the EU issued a new consumer law for online trading. As of this date, the customer has to declare withdrawal by phone +49 9401 91 777 555, by fax +49 9401 91 777 655 or by email.

If an item may be faulty, you can of course claim it and return it to us. Please enclose in the package the corresponding delivery note or copy of the invoice together with a short description of the defect, and send it with our shipping provider DHL back to us. Please understand that we cannot consider new orders with your return.
Refund
After having processed your return, MOSER Trachten Onlineshop will refund you the invoice amount. You will be refunded between 3 and 7 working days. The method of refund depends on your chosen payment method, which means:

You paid via PayPal, you will be refunded on your PayPal account.

You paid via credit card, the amount will be returned to your credit card.

You made the payment via advanced payment or instant bank transfer, we will transfer the amount to your bank account.

You paid via Amazon Payments, then Amazon will refund you.
Please absolutely provide your bank account details for the credits.
We ask you to refrain from telephone requests concerning the status of your return before the end of the above mentioned processing period. As soon as your return has been processed, you will receive an email. Thank you.
