Tracking
Presently, the processing and delivery of your order takes 2-3 business days with standard DHL delivery within Germany.
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an automatic email confirmation (approx. at 18:00) incl. tracking number, with which you can follow the delivery status online.
In case you are not home when the package is delivered, you can check with this tracking number if the parcel was delivered to one of your neighbours or a DHL branch. If the parcel was delivered to a DHL branch, you can also see its address in the tracking.

Please check the tracking of your parcel and if it has been delivered to one of your neighbours. If not, and if the delivery takes longer already than one week, please contact our customer service.
