You can easily order in our online shop (www.trachten.de). Put your desired items in your shopping cart and click "proceed to checkout". Thereafter, let us know your name and address, and choose a payment as well as shipping method. Before clicking "complete payment", please check all details. You can also leave an order comment or add a voucher code. Please do not forget to confirm our terms and conditions.  

Yes! Our customer service is available between 8:00 and 16:00, from Monday to Friday under telephone: +49 9401 91 777 555. Our competent and friendly customer service team will gladly support you and take your order. Due to data protection, we cannot offer you all methods of payment stated on our website. When ordering by phone, you can choose between PayPal, credit card and advanced payment.

Presently, we offer following payment methods in our online shop: prior delivery, PayPal, Amazon Payments, credit card (Mastercard, Visa, American Express).

Within Germany, you can choose between DHL, DHL Express and UPS. For deliveries outside of Germany, you can choose between DHL and UPS. Regardless of which shipping provider is chosen, you will always receive a shipping confirmation incl. tracking code for your parcel to check the delivery status online. If you should not have received a tracking code or your parcel, please contact our customer service.  

Within Germany, we offer express delivery with DHL Express.

Within Germany: In general, we always try to ship complete orders, however, with larger orders, it is possible that single items are not available. In this case, we offer partial deliveries. Please contact our customer service.

Outside of Germany: If the delivery is outside of Germany, we presently do not offer partial deliveries. 

Yes, we do ship worldwide. If your country cannot be chosen from our list, please contact our customer service team. 

Usually, we can dispatch 96% to 98% of all orders within 24 hours.If single items are not available, the delivery time will be extended to about 2-4 working days. If this is the case, you will of course be informed by our customer service. 

You receive a shipping confirmation by email including the tracking code for checking the status online. If you did not receive a tracking code or your parcel, please contact our customer service. 

 

Return - Exchange

According to the applicable EU law, you can revoke your order by phone, email or fax within 14 days without giving reasons. Furthermore, we have decided to extend the legal deadline to 30 days.

After revoking your order, you have 14 days for the return.

No. Presently, we do not offer this service.

After your return has been processed, we will refund you. The reimbursement depends on the chosen method of payment and wil be effected within 14 days after receipt of your return.

If you would like to know whether the parcel has arrived, please use the tracking code for the return and check the delivery status with the shipping provider.

You can contact our customer service by phone, email or live chat.

When contacting, please always mention the item number so that our customer service can support you quickly. The item number is found in the item description. 

Additionally, you can click on the "speech bubble with question mark" on the item page below our phone number and send your question with this form. Our service team will answer your question within 24 hours (except for weekends or bank holidays).

Principally, our size charts provide guidance, the reliability cannot be generalized. There are customers fitting perfectly the data and then there are customers that do not. It also depends on the supplier chosen, e.g. the company Wenger tailors a little smaller and therefore, we recommend to order one size larger. 

Only in rare cases a dirndl fits perfectly right away. Of course you can wear it but for making it fit perfectly, it is worth to see a tailor. The costs for slight modifications and customizations are usually absolutely reasonable. 

In general, the length of the dirndl can be modified with the bodice and straps, and the width can be modified with letting out or taking in the side seam by about 2-4cm (0,8 - 1.6 inches).

If your lederhose is too tight, no problem! Principally, when trying on a lederhose, it should be as tight as possible. Since leather is a natural product, it will stretch under the influence of your body heat by up to 4cm (1.6 inches). Furthermore, in the back of the lederhose, there is a triangular leather insert, the so-called "Brotzeiteck", with which you can widen the lederhose by up to 4cm (1.6 inches). 

If your lederhose is too wide, please check if you can tighten it with the "Brotzeiteck" (triangular leather insert in the back). If not, you can see a tailor for modifying your lederhose. 

If the chosen item is not available in the size you need or the colour you desire, you can register, and you will be informed by email once the item is again on stock. For registering, please click on the size or colour requested. On the right side, you will see a yellow box to enter your email address. 

You will then receive an email with a link to confirm. When clicking on this link, you will come back to the requested item. Then you are registered for your desired item.

Furthermore, you can contact our customer service and ask about the availability. We can tell you if and when the item will be available again the requested size or colour. 

The quickest way is to call the appropriate shop directly. Our colleagues can directly check the availability and, if desired, you can reserve the item.
