Returns

You have the option to return ordered goods within 30 days of receipt without providing any reason.

Please fill out the enclosed return form and place it in the package. We have included a prepaid return label to make the return process as easy as possible. If you use this label, a fee of €4.95 will automatically be deducted from your refund during processing.

Please fill out the enclosed return form and place it in the package. Ensure the package is sufficiently stamped and send it to the following address:

Please make sure to declare the item quantity, item names, and item prices in detail at the post office so that your package can be processed by customs without delay. Always mark the shipment as "Returned goods."

If we incur costs due to unstamped or insufficiently stamped returns (including penalty fees from shipping providers and cash-on-delivery shipments), we reserve the right to deduct these costs from the refund amount.

We do not offer exchanges. Please order the desired item again in our online shop and return the original item to us.

Please contact our customer service immediately after receiving the package with a photo proof via email at kontakt@trachten.de.

Please understand that new orders cannot be considered in your return package.

Important Return Information

Since June 13, 2014, a new consumer law for online trade applies in the EU. As a customer, you must now declare your withdrawal by phone at 09401 - 91 777 555, by fax at 09401 - 91 777 655, or by email at widerruf@trachten.de.

Please use the original packaging of the product for the return whenever possible.

Always return purchased items unworn and with the original tag, otherwise, a refund will not be issued.

Items with a security tag (e.g., Dirndl) will only be accepted if the tag remains intact on the item.

Refunds

The Moser Trachten Online Shop will process your return as quickly as possible and refund the invoice amount immediately. The refund will be made within 14 business days. The refund method depends on the payment method you selected:

• If you paid via PayPal, the refund will be credited to your PayPal account.
• If you paid by credit card, the refund will be credited to your credit card.
• If you paid by bank transfer or instant transfer, the refund will be credited to your bank account.
• If you paid via Amazon Payments, the refund will be processed through Amazon.

Please make sure to provide your bank details for credit transactions.

We kindly ask you to refrain from calling us about the status of your return before the above-mentioned processing period has elapsed. Once your return has been processed, you will receive an email notification from us. Thank you.
