Shipping Cost Information

We ship your packages from Monday to Friday with our shipping partners DHL, DHL Express, and UPS. The shipping costs are charged to the customer (you). Please note that there is no shipping or delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

Shipping Costs within Germany

Express Delivery

We offer express delivery for all orders placed by 11:00 AM (Monday to Friday) and paid via PayPal, Amazon Pay, or credit card, or upon telephone request. The price for express shipping is based on the shipment weight. The cost of express shipping consists of the standard shipping cost plus the express surcharge (see above). Please note that if you provide a post office or parcel station as the delivery address, we cannot guarantee on-time delivery.

Shipping Costs to Austria

* Please note that we do not refund the express surcharge (EA) in case of a return or withdrawal.

Delivery Notes

You have the option to have your package delivered to an alternative delivery address, a DHL Packstation, or a DHL branch. To use a Packstation, you can register for free at www.dhl.de and, after receiving your personal PIN, pick up your packages 24/7 from the Packstation.

Please note - No shipping (including 24-hour delivery) on the following days in 2025:

January 1, January 6, April 18, April 21, May 1, May 29, June 9, June 19, August 15, October 3, December 24, December 25, December 26, December 31.

Sample shipments are unfortunately not possible.

If you want to order from a country not listed, please contact our customer service at 09401 - 91 777 555 (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM).

Shipping and transport costs, as well as customs fees for international deliveries, are borne by the customer.

Order Processing Information

If you place an order Monday to Friday by 11:00 AM and pay via PayPal, Amazon Pay, or credit card, your order will be shipped the same day (provided all ordered items are in stock).

If you order Monday to Friday by 11:00 AM with the 24-hour delivery option and pay via PayPal, Amazon Pay, or credit card, your order will be shipped the same day and delivered by DHL Express on the next business day (see table), provided all ordered items are in stock.
